Born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina, Daniel’s journey took him through Virginia Tech and ultimately to Liberty University, where he earned his degree in accounting in 2010. That analytical foundation, paired with years of hands-on leadership experience, fuels the practical coaching style he brings to agents every day.

Today, Daniel serves as Broker-In-Charge for Fathom Realty across Eastern North Carolina and Northeastern South Carolina, mentoring more than 150 agents across multiple markets. His leadership is grounded in real-world accountability, a heart for service, and a genuine belief that everyone has the potential to grow when equipped with the right tools and mindset.

Before stepping into real estate, Daniel worked in customer service—where he learned how to listen, respond with empathy, and find solutions fast. These same skills now define his approach to both coaching and brokerage leadership.

He’s also a lifelong follower of Christ, seasoned global traveler, and committed community leader. Daniel has been on over 20 international mission trips, served in countless local outreach efforts, and continues to lead by example as a Cubmaster, mentor, and father. He and his wife have been married since 2014 and are raising their two energetic children near the saltwater in Southeastern North Carolina.
